Bill Hess became an appraiser through his interest in the property characteristics that determine value, combined with a passion for real estate investing and the influence of his father. He began his career under the guidance of several experienced supervisors in both commercial and residential fields, where he learned a variety of methods, strategies, and techniques that greatly expanded his knowledge base.

Bill has performed appraisals on a wide range of unique and complex properties and his experience includes FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage appraisals, as well as specialized assignments for divorce, estate, tax appeal, and pre-listing purposes.
